Hi all,Yesterday I forgot to turn off my HP ENVY x360 before putting it in my bag for school. It overheated badly enough that it asked to restore itself, and I didn't have time so I had to choose to shut it down. I am now trying to restore it manually, but cannot get past opening safe mode while following a separate set of instructions from the HP forum. Nothing is being saved onto my computer in this state and I've lost important schoolwork, but it doesn't tell me that I'm in a temp profile so I can't be sure.
