Window mail not syncing both at&t Mail accounts

Having a problem setting up window mail for two at&T mail accounts. First account set up properly and works. 2nd email account using the same configuration except the different email address indicates set up successful but does not sync and can not send or receive from the 2nd account. Both using IMAP.mail.att.net and SMTP.mail.att.net. Any suggestions?
