Printer Paper Size Setting not being saved

In DYMO LabelWriter 5XL Advanced Options->Paper / Output->Paper SizeThe setting for Paper Size isn't being saved and I have to change it every time I print a label. I have tried uninstalling the driver and reinstalling but it didn't resolve the issue.
