Why can't I remove the account from my device?

Hi. I removed my device (laptop) from my brother's Microsoft account in the internet. But his account still shows up in the settings of my laptop and there's no remove button in it (both in Email & accounts and Your info). I have Windows 10. Of course, I have my own account too. But I want only my account to be in the device. Not his.How do I remove the account from the device as well?
