I just got this new computer a few days ago, and my headphones (wired, mic attached) had sound come through right away with no stress. I was able to watch videos. This morning (I hadn't tried the mics before then), I tried to call one of my friends, and they couldn't hear me. I went onto a microphone testing website, and nothing could be heard. I thought it might just be the headphones, so I tried pairing my Bluetooth air pods (the microphone part works for my phone). Again, I could hear things, but no sound came through.
