Attempting to set up React Native--Experiencing Issue Accessing Control Panel

Hello, I am trying to set up React Native and I need access to my control panel. However, when I try to run it, I receive the following error message: No Mapping between account names and Security Id was done. In addition, I am unable to use the Snipping Tool. I think this has something to do with the fact that I tried to rename myself. I used a command I found from a Google search. Please help me revert this. Thank you so much!
