Someone else's OneDrive files are showing up under "Recent" in my file explorer

About a year or so ago, a friend gave me their Microsoft account login information for reasons I won't be going into. I logged into their account and did what I needed to do.However, now I've been receiving their files from their OneDrive and I'm unsure how to stop it.
