I have been barred from Microsoft Rewards

Yesterday, as usual I logged into Microsoft Rewards and when I started accruing points none responded and I did not get the green tick.It just was not working.I tried Chrome, and different devices but the result was the same.It appears I have been barred.So, I created a new Microsoft Rewards account with a different email address and guess what it worked.I have requested support from Microsoft but I got no response.I have been contacted by various people but not from Microsoft Rewards Support.I have been using Microsoft for ever and yet now with a situation I get nothing.Very puzzling why this
