I need some help with my hotkeys and shortcuts.

I just got a new keyboard and now its not letting me do shortcuts lie, F11 for fullscreen, ALT F4, ETC. Can anyone help? Ive tried using FN key but will not work. The keyboard is a JB burrows KB300.Heres he manual. https://s3-ap-southeast-2.amazonaws...B300 Wireless Keyboard Instruction Manual.pdf
