Hi,My wife damaged her phone, and, before sending it for repair, backed everything up to Onedrive. After the phone repair and restoring the data we've noticed that the photos have been restored but have major issues with the videos. Most of the 100's of videos were not backed up, and, of the videos that were restored, most only store several seconds of the original. What was originally a 30 second video might now be 4 seconds. Most of the missing/incomplete videos are of our 18month old daughter, and so are very important to us. The video sizes are not massive. And she uses ~10% of her overall
