I run Windows 10 Pro on a Dell laptop. When I run the Microsoft store, I'm told that Phone Link (which I can't use--my phone runs Android Go, not Android) needs updating. Currently, it's hung on "Downloading", and has been for 45 minutes.So far, I have:run the Microsoft Store Apps troubleshooter--no help;run the Windows Update troubleshooter--no help;run "sfc" and "dism"--no help; andreset Microsoft Store--no help.At this point, I don't know what to do. Since "Phone Link" is the only app that needs updating, I can't tell for sure where the problem is--with the Store or with "Phone Link." Could
