It's not a downloaded app but part of their atrocious chatbot for assistance. It never goes away even when I close chrome or the laptop. what can i do to get rid of it. Can't get rid of it by clicking on the X in upper right hand corner when it's minimized either. It is an enormous window and takes up the whole screen. After I close out everything else, it's still there.there was't an appropriate subheaadiing that i could find for this pest.Thank you
