I can't change the fit of the background pictures for each desktop

Hi,I encountered an issue when I personalise the background on three desktops on my newly bought laptop.I can change the pictures for each desktop, however, the fit (i.e. fill, centre, fit) of the pictures sycns together, leading to a situation that I cannot personalise them seperately (some pictures has to be centred while some might need to be filled to whole screen).My family member is able to do such change on his windows laptop.I also created an new account on my laptop to test. It is still the same.
