How can I randomize a disk so that deleted files are actually unreadable?

Hi,I have a hardware pb on my MSI and I d like to put my laptop to the repair store.I have a bunch of private files that I moved to my USB key and that I want to make sure they won't be "recovered". (I believe deleting a file frees the space but doesn't delete the file, making it recoverable if they haven't been overwritten)Do you have any recommendation?Regards
