Syncing OneDrive and OneDrive - Personal

I have OneDrive - Personal on my desktop and OneDrive on my mobile devices, which is useless, as all my up-to-date files are on my desktop and in OneDrive - Personal. How do I get OneDrive - Personal on my mobile devices or, alternatively, how do I get those files into OneDrive in such a manner that everything contains the latest versions of said files? Thanks.
