Windows Boot Manager asks me to choose an operating system at startup

HiHoping someone can help. When I start windows I get the following message:choose an operating system to start or press tab to select a tool and then there are 2 choices:Windows 10 setup (32 bit)Windows 10 setup (64 bit)If I choose either of them it tries to install windows and doesn’t work. The only way to get to my desktop is to press ESC and then it loads properly. I checked MSCONFIG boot tab and there is only one operating system there. See pics of messages
