A black box shows up when I try opening a microsoft store game

Some time ago already I bought some games from microsoft store (slime rancher 1 & 2 bundle and unpacking) but i still havent been able to play them. Both slime ranchers open but when I need to press space/a key to get into the menu this gray box shows up and I cant play the game. With unpacking its worse as I cant get through the game company title/logo. I've attached an image and I also recorded it but I'm unsure as how to upload that.I have bought and played other games through microsoft store and i've never had this problem.
