Assign a permanent drive letter

I know very well how to assign a drive letter so that's not the question.I've drive cradle/hub connected to my PC running Win 10 x64 Pro.Windows sees it as fixed disk. (not as a removable USB disk).As part of my backup strategy I regulary plug in a different HDD.Windows assign the first drive letter that's availble at that time (varies)My question is this: How do I force Windows to always assign drive letter S.
