All my data has been erased

I renamed my user folder name in registry and restarted my laptop. Once it got on I got the message saying that "We can't Sign in to your accout, Sign-out and again Sign-out". So I did as per the instructions, I clicked on Sign-out. My laptop again got restarted and again I received the same message and all my data has erased. All my drives has been occupied the storage as before. All the folders are there space is also consumed but there are no files in it. Everything has got erased
