my Laptop File explorer pictures doesn't have the photo editing that my PC has. The previous editor was terrific and simple to use. How do I get that

My PC is in storage and I'm on the road for 10 months. Trying to edit pictures with my Laptop (Windows 11) in file explorer/pictures and it doesn't have the feature. What can I do to recover this lost resource? I don't have the time to learn another photo editor.Thanks in advance
