So i dont know what happened i restarted my pc and now when i try to open applications i get this error "windows cannot access the specified path or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions". Windows start and nothing on the taskbar responds or they show preivously mentioned error. I checked all the permissions in regedit and all looks fine and i have confirmed that all the hives have deafullt permissions. My michrophone and headphones cant recieve or send anything. I can still open cmd registry edit and some other programms(also as admin variants) This concerns a win10 desktop. Any
