Malware not removed by MalwareBytes nor Windows Complete Scan.

I got malware from this website: HFQDPDB.COM. I get continuous popups in the lower right corner of the screen. I have run Malwarebytes scan and Windows complete scan (not quick scan). The problem persists I have attached images of the popups. I have not clicked anything in any of these popups.
