Windows won't boot after repartitioning drive

I have had a pc with windows running on it for a year that took me over a month of research and troubleshooting to get running. I ran out of storage and repartitioned the SSD without realizing that I should make a backup. It runs a grub dual boot with linux and as expected linux still works. The computer has 256GB of DDR3 ram, 2 Xenon e2690 CPUs, 4GTX TITANs, and a supermicro X9DRG-QF motherboard. I am wondering if there is a way to fix the booting issue from the working linux operating system. (Both operating systems run on the same 500GB SSD). I have tried replacing the MBR from linux to no
