How could a Windows 10 PC connect with the right VLAN on a trunk port if it was running on a router without VLAN previously?

Hello! I needed to run two separate networks on the same cable, So I set up the following: Two Routers A & B ---> Managed switch1, connected to port1: VLAN 16 untagged for A port2: VLAN 20 untagged for B respectively. Port 5: trunk port with VLAN 16 and 20 tagged. Port 5 =====Ethernet cable======Now, here I meant to put a managed switch 2 with the same port configuration as the switch1, connect the ethernet cable on the port5, then connect two PCs on port1 and port2.
