So when I start my laptop, the first thing I get is the log in screen, which prompts me to press ctrl+alt+del. If it's my profile (which has a log) I'll get prompted to enter my PIN/password. If it's the 2nd profile it'll simply log me in (or show a sign in prompt which will log me in after clicking on it). I've not had issues with this until right now. Now that I start my laptop, it's showing me the log-in screen that's set for my first profile, with the ctrl+alt+del prompt. So far okay. But once I press those keys, I'll get a black screen and that'll be it. I can move my mouse and see it mov
