I am experiencing a persistent issue with the built-in webcam on my HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-ec2xxx (model 3E3R5PA) running Windows 11. Initially, the webcam would occasionally fail to function, displaying a "Camera not found" error when attempting to use any application that required camera access.
