Bit locker key and changing security information.

Hi I am attempting to get my bit lock recovery key from my Microsoft account, as I am unable to use my personal laptop. The security second account, which security codes gets sent to was linked to my ex boyfriends. I have changed the security information, and my account is locked until the 29-9-24, until the security information is updated. I just need the bit locker key. ta
