Blue Screen - Clock Watchdog Timeout Error

As the title, I keep getting a Blue Screen - Clock Watchdog Timeout Error every time I attempt to initiate a game.Computer seems to run fine without issues with other tasks but every time I enter a game, the fan speeds up and at some point the blue screen kicks in.See minidump file 083024-6843-01.dmp
