It went like this> I ran Win+r> Ran msconfig> in the boot section> in advanced option> I checked the maximum memory to 8 thousands something which was probably 8 ram and then click apply> Once again unchecked the maximum memory box to hopefully uncap my maximum memory since previously my pc was using only 4gb for some reason> It asked me to restart so I did> blue screens> Tried using recovery point but to no avail> Followed instruction on Redirecting
