Hello, While browsing YouTube today, the video suddenly froze. Chrome could be minimized and maximized. Task Manager wouldn't open, and CTRL+ALT+DEL didn't work. Initially, the keyboard was functioning; the Windows menu would open and close when I pressed the Windows key. Then the keyboard stopped working, leaving only the mouse functional. CMD would open, but the command prompt wouldn't allow any input; the CMD window would just open and close. After 2-3 minutes, the PC restarted itself. This happened twice on the same day.
