Pc did not start correctly loop

Stuck in an endless loop of your pc did not start correctly. Tried all the tutorials on how to fix the problem but it still won't load. It wont even go into safe mode. Had this problem happen before and had to system reset but ideally don't want to so that again as have important documents saved. When it happened last time it was because the pc wasnt connected to the internet. Tried connecting Ethernet cable but still stuck in the loop. Tia
