Realtek HD Audio disappear in my Sound Output Devices and hidden in Device Manager

Dear Expert, Recently I lost my sound in PC Windows 10 and found Realtek HD Audio option was gone suddenly. I have tried to use Device Manager - Sound, Video and Games to view all hidden devices, I saw the Realtek HD Audio and attempted to update it to bring back to Sound Output Devices. It doesn't work. Would you please help me add the hidden device to Sound Output Devices to let it work? Thank you in advance.Best Regards,
