my pc keep freez windows 11

I reset windows yesterday and installed essential software for my usage that's how i always do.After that i played diablo 4 middle of a boss fight screen got stuck but sound works fine even i can speak with my friends on discord. (Ctrl + Alt + Del also dint work) after that issue i did lot of forced restart my screen output did not showed when my screen apeared on my normal task (browsing, watching anime) its keep stuck like that. 10+ times this happened to my pc i don't know what to do. Any ideas?My speci9 9900Kmsi mpg z390 gaming pro carbon (not ac edition)corsair vengeance rs 16gb(3200mhz)
