My Laptop is booting very slowly and loads after getting to Desktop

Hi My Laptop is Dell Latitude 5591 core i5 8th gen 2.5Ghz, 8GB RAM, 256GB M.2 Nvme SSD, Nvidia MX130 2GB GPU, From 2-3 days it's taking time to boot up and after logging to windows 10 it loads up taskbar and app which is frustrating. Any help for it?
