So I got this problem a few days ago: whenever I open up a few programs( as for example, it's usually discord, browser and maybe a something like), I run into issue of trying to open some program from the taskbar or settings(WiFi, sound, time etc.), the taskbar becomes unresponsive, apps do not open or switch to already opened, languages do not switch with Win+Space keys, sound doesn't increase/decrase when clicking on F2 and F3(oppositely to when it usually works), the loading blue circle keeps on and nothings happens after. Neither waiting nor restarting windows explorer process in task man
