I've no question but a solution, to solve the remaining issue about suggested sites.dat unable to be deleted, Even by Ccleamer pro. I've Windows 10. Uninstall one drive, that's all. For sure if you use it, don't do that. It happened to me twice, and it worked each time. Cordially Charly
