Hello, So I have multiple problems in updating my windows. I am in college, and I need to update my laptop to use it as I need to download something, and I cannot do it as my computer isn't updated. I had tried just updating, I tried using the Command Prompt, asking the IT at school, I also had help from ASUS, but it didn't really work, likely need a USB Drive, but They didn't respond again, likely off work or something.
