Hello everyone, i have a little problem hereFrom july 2024 (last 2 month) I dont know what happened to my laptop sometime it shuts down while its running, sometimes blue screen error occurs .Within 2 months,I took my laptop to Hp service center (local one in my area) 3-4 times .They says there is some issue with windows and then they format my laptop , every time they follows the same procedure and after 2-3 days the same issue occur . But, At for first 2-3 days the error occur and then after a hour it starts , then for some days it shuts down while running and blue screen
