"I recently encountered an issue with my PC. Upon turning it on, the screen appeared glitched, and after several resets, I received an error indicating that the system needs to be repaired. The error mentioned that it couldn't connect to a device and was unable to boot. I attempted to enter safe mode, but the computer shuts down each time I try. I consider myself fairly tech-savvy and am careful with what I download—I always run files through VirusTotal. If anyone has any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this please say l.
