Redeeming account balance not working

Hi there,Usually I transfer some money to my kids MS-account so he can buy some in-app purchases in flightsimulator app (on his computer)Since yesterday redeeming the accounts balance doesnt seem to work anymore. Even if the payment window on his screen is showing the correct balance it gives an error saying there is a problem with payment and we need to contact MS-support.Is there any known reason for that?Thanks
