I have Wireless Keyboard and Mouse. The models are Microsoft Wireless Keyboard 800 and Microsoft Wireless Mouse 1000. Both are connected to my laptop using a single transceiver. Recently my Mouse stopped working. So from than I am not able to use my keyboard as well. I tried updating the drivers and restarting laptop but it didn't worked out. Can anyone I guide me on this.
