Microphone isnt working

Hello,I could use some assistance with an issue I'm facing. I have an HP ENVY laptop (Bang & Olufsen), and while the speakers work perfectly, the microphone isn't functioning. I've already contacted Microsoft and checked for any driver updates in Windows, but everything seems up-to-date. Do you have any tips or recommendations on what I can do next?PS: In the Device manager, there is an error for 'Digital Microphone Device'. I tried to find the relevant drivers but could not locate it online.Thanks,Rahul
