Night Owl Protect CMS does not seem to work on Win 10 Pro

Night Owl Protect CMS does not seem to work on Win 10 Pro. it works on my other 2 windows computers running Win 10 home. Are there any known workarounds? The program installs and recognizes the NVR system and the 5 feeds from cameras, but the live view page has a black screen for all 5 feeds. I have a Win 10 Home laptop sitting right next to the Pro laptop. 10 home works fine, 10 Pro does not (as described above).
