Games crashing randomly or not responding

Hey so for a while now i would play valorant and it sometimes would say not responding or while im playing crash or even blue screen. Ive updated my drivers to the latest version but that didnt help .My cpu:11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11400F @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHzGpu: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
