Can’t get into safe mode or reboot. Gives error. Not sure what to do.

So I keep getting an error when I try to start my computer. I did a hard rest, tried to get into safe mode and the only thing it states is there’s an error and nothing can be done. I’m not sure what’s else to try. And I’ve turned it off, unplugged and tried to start it all over again.
