Hi, i just factory reset my hp omen gaming laptop. I got to the set up like its a brand new windows 10 os and it has been stuck on the page saying “Almost done now! We just need to get a few more things polished up for you, and windows will be all yours. Looking forward to helping you out!” Right after it asked if i wanted Cortana to be running in the background. I said skip, but now I'm here. its been stuck like this for an hour or two with my hard disk light flashing very briefly on the side. Im just curious if it would be harmful or okay to power off my laptop and turn it back on? Ive read
