Deleted account pin asked for verification

So when i try to set a local account on my windows, i was asked for a verification. But rather than my login pin, the system asked me for a deleted account pin instead.and when i try the other method i was asked password for MicrosoftAccount\(myaccountname) but my password was rejected with a saying "your username or password is incorrect".
