My pc keeps asking for a nokia email!! In the installation process. I don't have a nokia account. I don't know what to do.

I recently tried to install a new windows on my pc, but at some point. I'm being asked to enter a nokia email. I don't have a nokia email. I use my Microsoft account wich i ised in the previous version but it doesn't work.Does anyone have the same issue, and solved it?
