Hard drive might be failing and a new drive has appeared.

Hello,A couple of days ago I tried to boot up my computer and it came up with an error message, saying:SMART failure predicted on sata6g_ 2: toshiba dt01aca200 Warning back up your data and replace your hard drive.I went out and bought an external hard drive to back my data on to and used the program rufus and Hiren's BootCD PE v1.0.8 to boot up my machine to back up my data.I've since noticed that my computer has acquired a new drive labelled New volume (d, the old d: is now the e:, and this new drive is 1.8tb in size and virtually empty.
