Wifi Can't enable on windows 10

I have Dell latitude E7470,(wifi driver is "dual band wireless AC-8260 ) I can't enable wifi on laptop, I try to click many time but it's not working, when I restart it works around 10 mint, after that it disconnected, not showing any network around me, it showing me same issue(disabled and can't enable again), I had disable and enable driver, uninstall and reinstall it, i maximise power for wireless driver, fushdns, etc.
